PRODUCTION TIME

As a concrete garden ornament manufacturer, we understand that time is crucial when it comes to business. At Hellostone we always keep a significant stock ready to go and we work hard to make sure you don't need to wait months for your order. We aim to complete all orders within 14-21 days, however this might be affected by demand or supplier issues.

DELIVERY

Free delivery requires a minimum order of £750 for wholesale, but you are welcome to pick up your order if it is less.
On orders over £750, we provide free delivery up to 200 miles.
Pallet delivery can be arranged; please contact us for a quote.

Please inspect your onaments upon delivery for any damages and report them immediately, as we will not accept any complaints after one day of delivery completion.
If you receive a pallet delivery, you will have three days to request a credit note or a replacement.
Hellostone will not be liable for any damage after the deadline has passed.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns: please check your delivery throughout. Once it is accepted, we wont take responsibility for any damage. However, for defective items, these can be either exchanged or refunded.

Business is changing day by day. You can cancel or modify your order for 7 days after it is submitted to us.

Any modification to orders may change expected delivery dates.

Cancellations will have to be made at least 3 days before the given delivery date, otherwise a 5% admin fee will be applied.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, all payments must be made in accordance with the invoice.

If the payment is not completed, Hellostone will send a reminder on days 7 and 14, and if the payment is still not cleared, a 13.5% late payment fee will be applied.
